Boadicea the Victorious offers a 14-day return period for unused and unopened luxury fragrances in their original cellophane packaging. To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality, we cannot accept returns on items that have been sprayed or opened.

Contact our dedicated concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unopened product in its original shipping box, ensuring the protective seal is intact and the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Shipping and Dispatch
Send your parcel using a tracked and insured courier service to our returns center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the product's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
